The Amber Riesling is made from organic grapes harvested of O naturel land. The destemmed grapes were fermented on their skins for 4 weeks by the wild yeasts to reveal their beautiful aromatics. Perfume of roses and spice, this Amber wine is bone dry, rippled with minerality and tannins.
