This dry Riesling is made from grapes harvested of O Naturel land. It was whole bunch pressed, fermented with the wild yeasts naturally present on the grapes and left to age on lees to add texture and balance the natural acidity of Riesling. The minimal use of sulphur help develops rich aromas to complement the florals of jasmine and aniseed.
