Project of our two daughters, Mathilde and Madeleine, M&M is a co-ferment of our 3 varieties, Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The grapes spend 4 weeks on skin, it is hand bottled and meant to be enjoyed as a chilled red. Unfined, unfiltered.
