This méthode traditionnelle is made from Organic Pinot noir and Chardonnay grapes grown on O Naturel land.

Brut nature, no added sugar, no sulphur

We are so proud to have been able to carry out successfully the entire process in our winery. The last step being the trickiest part but we found the right amount of salty ice to freeze the neck of the carefully hand riddled bottles and clarify the wine ready to enjoy. We chose to finish the wine without added sulfur and as a brut nature with no added sugar to keep it light, dry, pure and emphasize the natural texture of the wine. We hope you will enjoy it to!
